How Timberline handles the information you send us.
This page covers the timberlinehealth.ai marketing website. It does not describe the Timberline application itself, which operates under a separate agreement with each customer organization.
What this website collects
The only information this site collects directly is what you type into the trial and demo request form:
- Name — so we know who we are talking to.
- Work email — so we can reply.
- Organization — so we can prepare for the conversation.
- An optional description of the work you would like to improve.
Please do not include protected health information (PHI), patient details, or other sensitive data in the form. It is a scheduling request, not a support channel, and nothing about it is designed to receive that kind of information.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to contact you about your trial or demo request and to prepare for that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Who processes it
Two service providers handle this data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and runs the code that receives the form. Cloudflare also provides bot protection and privacy-preserving analytics.
- Postmark — delivers the notification email to our team.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It does not fingerprint visitors, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. It reports aggregate page views and referrers only.

Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token strictly to confirm that a submission came from a person.
How long we keep it
Trial and demo requests are retained in our email and CRM systems for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of the business relationship. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Write to us to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. The form endpoint validates and rate-limits submissions, and credentials for our email provider are held as encrypted secrets rather than in source code.
